This series of portraits is composed of found images sourced from the second-hand clothing platform Vestiaire Collective. In each image, faint reflections reveal glimpses of the seller or their surroundings; distorted, warped, and accidental. The work captures an unintentional voyeurism, offering brief, ghostly peeks into private spaces through objects meant to obscure.
The nature of resale itself becomes part of the work: pre-owned items carry traces of past lives, personal narratives that haunt the frame. In this way, the buyer becomes a passive voyeur, implicated in the tension between public transaction and private space.
